The exterior is made up of different veneers, done in a very modern pattern. All the corners have silver corner pieces. The two front doors open up, and behind each one are three drawers - so six small drawers total. Then across the bottom is one larger drawer.
This teapot is very old and there is some on a website called shipwreck pottery.I think it got here by mistake, It is all in good condition.I cant destingush the marking under the handle.
The doll has blondish brown hair that feels kind of rough unlike the dolls made today. She is in a ragedy dress that ties in the back like a hospital gown. Her eyes close when she is layed on her back and open when she sits up. She has a distinctive face like a Charlie brown character would, but there are no markings or indications as to what type of doll she is. The only mark is a small A in the small of her back.
Wood (probably Mahogany) with beautifully matched fancy wood veneer on legs, drawer fronts and crown molding. Six small drawers between glass doors and fold out desk. Three full width lower drawers (the top one of which is a curved front slightly overhanging drawer which pulls open from underneath without needing knobs and two with two knobs each) All drawers and doors are lockable with what looks to be the original key. Glass panes are original but two lower panes (one in each door) are cracked and a small amount of the molding on one pane is chipped off. Everythng is easily restorable by a professinal
