I purchased a painting over the weekend and was wondering if could tell me anything about it? Or if you knew someone else I can contact to tell me about the painting. It is signed H Hargrove. The signature is on the left side of painting, above the flowers. It is a 9x12 on canvas and on the back is written Hargrove AP802. I have attached a picture of the painting. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
This is a really large lamp, both the top and bottom light up with turns of the key. The shade has 2 large roses in the middle, one pink, one yellow and then two smaller roses. One on each side of the large ones. Same with the bottom glass.
This is a pair of binoculars that has bright red around lenses and bright red at eye holes to look thru. Has bright yellow as the other background color. Donald Duck and Pluto are on the top of the binocular looking at each other over the outside eyeholes. A beautiful MICKEY MOUSE figure is holding the original strings and the strings go up and down.
This is definitely a church Holy Communion set. The pieces are decorated with clusters of grapes and wheat. The wine pitcher is numbered 2344 on the bottom. The chalices are numbered 1344, but the plate has no number. All have the Simpson Hall Miller & Co. identifying mark on the bottom. I would appreciate knowing what the value of this set might be. Although it is not pure silver, does the quadruple plating add something to its value?
