This is a Vintage 1975 Wallace Berrie HotShots cartoon wall art called Downhill Racer.

Item Description
Maker Background
Wallace Berrie & Co., Inc., based in Van Nuys, California, was a prominent U.S. manufacturer of novelty gifts and licensed merchandise throughout the 1970s and 1980s. The company later became known as Applause Inc., which famously licensed and produced Garfield and the Smurfs merchandise.
The HotShots series appears to have been a line of humorous illustrations, often focused on skiing and outdoors-related gags, in the single-panel cartoon style that was popular in the 1960s–70s.
