I’m not sure but I think this is a serigraph as opposed to an original painting. If you google it you’ll find quite a few works by this artist including a few other airplane variations. The prices people are selling the for are all over the place. You can see identical paintings one selling for $60 and another for $300. LiveAuctioneers has two airplane ones (not the same as yours). One sold for $25 and one for $75 https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/43318203_h-hargrove-1941-italoamer… With the estimate being $150 - $300. My guess is $30 - $75 is more likely.
