Funerary Urn?

By dogroomerjvl, 13 November, 2011
Description

This item was found under the floor of a trailer we purchased. We were putting in a new kitchen floor and it was found buried underneath the floor. I think it may be a funeral urn but can't be sure. I really have no idea what this is. At one time this urn was a gray color and now it has turned reddish. The lid is adorned with a african? head with ring band around the neck. One handle is a man and the other is a woman. Pretty graffic. Adorned with snakes and lizards on the body of the urn.
