The piece is marked with English Silver Mfg Corp, F MRR S, 5, and a picture mark of a male bust side view. It does not have the Leonard marking. No legs or pedastools, no lid. Believed to be forget sugar bowl or creamer dish

It's silverplated and quite modern, the company marking was registered in 1967 and expired in 1992.. Not much value if the plating is less than perfect.
