It's a early 20th Century "Gothic Revival" style piece, they were designed to look like oriignal Gothic chairs made from the 12th through 16th centuries. Most were made in Europe and England. We'r retail one in really good shape in the $300.00- $500.00 range.

Technically the style is William and Mary, but otherwise I agree with your date, provenance, and valuation.
