art print- the gazebo

I have a art print of the "Gazebo" -music in the park.  A band is playing music at the gazebo in the park.  There is a man riding a bicycle outside by the gazebo.  The front wheel is much larger than the back one .  There is a signature, but I can't make out the name.  It is english writing.  There was 450 prints made.  Mine is 297/450.  Does anyone know anything about this print and the value of it?  The print has one small damage spot on the bottom right corner.  Other than the spot on the corner, the print is in good condition.
