Small antique bowl. Who is it by?

Description

This is a small antique bowl covered with hobnails and the top is cut flat. It seems to have a greenish tint.

It look like the one that I have only in Blue. Fostoria Glass my wife's grandfather was a glass blower there.

Small hobnail bowls like this one are generic pieces which have never really been out of production. That being the case, values for them are very modest even if by a well known maker.
