Discovered photo of US Naval Enlistees during Boot Camp. Setting is yesterday and the naval uniform sets back to 1880s? No African Americans in photo so this photo was taken during the era when blacks were not permitted to join the Navy? Photo frame is original with eyelet & hanging wire attached. Please help!
