Ivory Pitcher and Basin

By Sandra11984, 11 December, 2014
Description

The basin is 7 inches across and approximately 9 inches across if you measure handle to handle. it Is 2 inches deep and had no visible words or markings. It had one chip in the edge of the rim as can be seen n the picture. The pitcher is 6 inches wide including the handle. It stands about 7 inches tall and has an Inside depth of approximately 4 inches. It too had a couple of chips around the rim.  It's hard to make out but the bottom has an engraving . Can't make out the top line with any amount I certainty but the bottom line says U S A. Neither piece had has any type of cracks or damage other than the above mentioned chips. When my mother gave me these years ago I am almost positive she told me that my father bought them in England in 1984 while deployed in the Air Force.
