4" carved banana with little workers and animals inside

Category
Asian Art
Condition
Mint
Description

I have never seen another thing like it.  I'ts beautifully carved inside with a scenery of trees, men and animals.  It looks like it would be pretty had to do.  Could they possibly have molds that long ago?  There are two holes on each side where they used to carve.

wall mirror

Category
Home Furnishings
Condition
Good
Description

this item is very heavy, at least 25 lbs, maybe more, I believe it's made out of mahogany, it's a beautiful wood base.  the ornate design on the top looks like it cracked and was superglued at one point, the glue is visible on the back only.

minature asian bambo carved boat with pasenger

Category
Asian Art
Condition
Excellent
Description

My father brought this back from Korea when he was stationed there.  It's over 60 years old and looks hand carved out of bambo or bone.  This is a perfect little boat with a guider using a stick and a lady sitting beneath a canopy fanning her self and her maid sitting outside the canopy.  It has four little red lanterns on each side of the canopy (one lantern is missing).  A little over 7" long not including stirring stick.
