Pr. 19th century porcelain lamps

Profile picture for user Lovejoy
By Lovejoy, 9 July, 2019
Accurate Description of Item
20th Century Rococo Style Lamps
Appraiser Remarks
Your lamps actually post date 1900 and it's unlikely they predate the 1930's. Lamps like this tend to be of two types, those that are conversions, using existing antique vases as the lamp pedestal and those where the vase form pedestal was factory made as a lamp base, yours are of the second type, factory made lamps. Sometimes the company that produced the vase pedestal will mark them under the metal base. Values for lamps of this type currently are modest, as they were mass produced right through the early 1950's.
Estimated Value
$150.00-$275.00 for the pair
