SIZE: shade itself measures 17.25” diameter x 15” high (a large shade) the lamp without the shade and harp measures 21“ high x 13“ wide x 10” deep, overall with shade mounted on tops it stands 32.5“ tall ~ measurements are close approximates

From what I can find Schor Parcraft Inc  is / was a company in New Jersey that began in 1959. I believe your piece is circa mid 1970's. Its nice to see the original shade. 

Est Value $50 - 100 US but markets not very demanding at this point in time.
