Re: Stone China

No big value I'm afraid, but here's what I have on the company...."Stone China, T. P.C. Co. under a Royal Arms Mark (lion, crown, unicorn & motto of the Empire). Dated 1882-1895. The "T.P.C. Co." stands for The Potter's Co-operative Co. of East Liverpool, Ohio. The Potter's Co-operative opened in 1882 when several local potteries purchased the Dresden Pottery Works. The Potter's Co-operative made ironstone toilet sets, dinnerware, tea sets, sanitary ware and vitreous hotel china. The cooperative worked until 1925, when a new corporation, Dresden Pottery Co., purchased the Dresden Pottery Works."
