Based on the hallmarks this piece is not English, the "F" mark indicates it was imported and its silver content verified in England. The country of origin is Germany, the marks with the large "A" are those of Neresheimer & Sohne and dates from about 1900+. We'd retail one like it for about $150.00- $200.00
If you retail one of these for $150-200 you are losing money there is 711 grams of sterling. So at today's melt price of $.43 a gram X 711 grams is $309.14 just in melt value. Sorry I am a precious metals dealer. I am trying to find out if it's worth more if I sell it before I ship it off to a refinery.
