Est Value: $20 - $40 US based on demand. Plate value has dropped considerably compared to 15 years ago. If this piece had a manufacturers mark it would add value to it. Many of these plates can be picked up at auction for a dollar or two .. with the Roman scene it can appeal to a larger number of collectors. I have had this with similar egyptian themed pieces.
