Four 19th Century Moroccan Chairs
Appraiser Remarks
Chairs of this type were made all over the Middle East and India, Morocco being the main producer. Without a provenance it's difficult to verify an origin. Most like this tend to date from the late 19th to early 20th Century, brought back by Military or Government/Diplomatic personnel stationed overseas. Values vary by condition and design, a set comparable to this in good condition would sell in the $800.00- $1500.00 range.
