Very nice piece in the "Colonial Revival " style. The company that made it was a manufacturer of mahogany reproductions of American Federal and Colonial furniture including dining sets, secretaries, fall-front desks, chairs, and occasional pieces. They began operations in 1923 and were purchased in 1951 by Baker Furniture Co. We'd retail a comparable in the $800.00- $1200.00 range.
