Franklin Mint Woodhouse Mouse Figurines - saleman's samples?

Accurate Description of Item
Franklin Mint Woodhouse Mouse Figurines
Appraiser Remarks
Franklin Mint issued these Woodmouse Mouse figurines in 1985, the set of 25 came complete with a house wall plaque for display.

Since the company operated at that time primarily via Mail order direct, it's doubtful these are Salesman's samples. What they could be is production proofs or seconds that were never sold. Without any sort of documentation from Franklin Mint it is impossible to tell.

When Franklin mint issued this set in 1985 the "Figurines as investment grade Collectibles" fad was at its peak, since that time however the market has collapsed for limited edition figurines of all sorts. Currently the Franklin mint set of 25, house included, often sells for under $95.00, with individual figures selling in the $3.95- $15.00 range each. Due to the usual nature of your pieces and lack of company marks I'd suggest as value in the $30.00 each range.
Estimated Value
$30.00 each
