Pulaski Curio Made in Wilkesboro, NC

By Diehardcowboy, 15 January, 2017
Description

I bought this curio from a man that worked for the company in Wilkesboro, NC almost 20 years ago. He had it a few years before then, not sure how many years thought. I posted a photo of the manufacturing sticker that's on the back also. I knows it's not antique old but it's very well made and guy claims he paid a couple of grand, don't know how true it was. Anybody have an idea of the value of what they cost when manufactures that many years ago? Nephew rammed his power wheels ride on and broke the bottom curved glass, which already uses the replacement glass for the top a couple of years ago. Thank you!

Re: Pulaski Curio Made in Wilkesboro, NC

When new these did sell for $1000.00 plus, they were basically 1970's through 80's reproductions of genuine Victorian ones made at the turn of the 19th Century, but as used furniture they now often sell at auction for under $300.00, The cost of replacement glass, if you can find it, is over $300.00.
