Are there any markings or labels on this piece, if there are it would help a great deal to determine a maker and value.

I can't find any. There are some faded numbers on the back in marker but they don't look like any makers mark. If there is somewhere specific I should look I will do. I have checked inside the drawers and under the desk and stool, behind the mirror and fixtures.
