Description

In researching this is what I've found out. If anyone can help with who acutally made the table and chairs and also what the value is, I'd be grateful.

Centennial Chippendale Style Table/Chairs sold by A.H. Stiehl funiture company 1938. Large sideboard and small sidboard and china cabinet Limbert by Van Raalte pieces. It's been in my family for many years. There are 13 pieces total.

The claw and ball foot table measures approximately 5 1/2 feet (6o" L X 42" W 30" H) + 3 leaves, each measuring 12" allowing it to extend to 90"L. The leaves are stored in their original wood holder.

The 6 total chairs, 1 is an armchair, all the seats have had new thick foam. A stamp under the seats reads sold by: A.H. Stiehl Furn. Co, New York, NY 1938.

The sideboard is stamped Limbert by Van Raalte with claw and ball feet measures 68" L X 20" Deep X 37" H. Plenty of storage with two wide draws in the middle. Behind door on right is a shelf. Behind left door is a shelf, and a small silverware draw at the top that pulls out.

The small matching cabinet measures 36"W x 32"H x 18" Deep and inside has one shelf.

All pieces have a lot of beautiful carved detail.

1 Table
6 Chairs
1 Large Sideboard
1 Small Cabinet
1 Original wood holder for leaves
3 Leaves for Table

For it's age its in really good condition, does have scratches and blemishes.

Beautiful dining room set! I did not see mention of a china cabinet, so I guess not in your collection.
