Pino Signoretto glass sculpture

By DanaParr, 3 January, 2016
Description

.Approximate 20 - 25 years ago and bought this blown glass sculpture. I was told there were only 2 made. Someone in Spain owned one and myself. I had it shipped to the United States. It came in a 4' X 4' crate. I am guessing the weight to be 50 pounds. It's so heavy, that I need a young man to move it. The dimensions are approximately 17" X 17". The attached pictures doesn't show off how really beautiful this is. I have it lite from beneath. There are 3 fishes in the belly of this pelican sitting on a block of ice. It is signed.  I also have a book of the artist too.

It's in excellent condition.  No chips, scratches, cracks.

Re: Pino Signoretto glass sculpture

I was guessing it weighed 50 pounds as I can't lift it.  A friend of mine that help me move it was guessing more like 125 pounds.  I can't pick it up to put it on a scale.
