Rembrandt masterpieces lamp is 38 inches tall with a switch on the square base and a second switch at the top. The bottom half of the column is wood.. it has a quilted milk glass shade. I'm looking for a price I haven't seen any with wood on it. Under the lamp has a stamp of "955" possibly the model number
