An Antique Dome Top Chest, hardware on chest is dated 1810-1820. ..found at a garage sale in Barrington Rhode Island. ..hasn't been restored. Appreciate any information offered, don't know much about it.

Hump topped trunks like this tend to date from the last quarter of the 19th Century, values for them depend mainly on condition and level of decoration. Most comparables to yours oftens sell at auction for about $200.00. Restored examples can retail for three times that figure, but the market for them is not currently very strong.
