Here is what is needed from you.. Very clear close up of sinature, close up of paint stroks. I need make sure it's not a print.. also the back of the painting.

before I can give you the history of E. Edmund or S. Edmund. or

Samuel Edmund OPPENHEIM  . see why I need that close up of Signature?.

So to make sure that I take it close enough, the second picture on the original post is not close enough?

Re: Oil Painting of Girl in Field Holding a Basket of Flowers

I saved the 2nd picture and then zoomed in with what I have, its the size of the pixels that matters.

I can tell you what a painting like this is worth. and I Can tell what a print is worth. but If I can't see 100% if its  either, then it won't do you any good.  Whan I say clear, I mean I can see the brush strokes of paint, Painters use so many styles over their life, also tells me when and what year it was painted. did they use the S. before or after a certain year, things like that. I wish people that post on here would take the time to post as many photos as they can. and as close as they can.

You want me to be as truthful as I can, right?  so do I.
