E.N. Welch Bee Hive Clock

Bee Hive Clock made by E.N. Welch.  Looks in great shape but missing some clock parts and looks like the back clock peice was converted to a modern timer.

Well, this was originally what's called an "OG" clock, after the type of molding used in its construction. They are in the American Empire style, most like this post date 1830 and were made into the 1850's. Sadly this one no longer has it's original works and is now a decorator piece rather than an antique, value , about $150.00.

Thank you so much for your response.  That helps as I have been having fun buying peices and thought if I can't sell them then I have to at least like them to keep in my house.  I only pd $20 for this peice so I think I will sell for your recommended price.
