Handpainted doble Chinese bottle. the bottle is made of some red metal and is covered by ceramic outside and inside. it has beautiful decorations of birds and flowers on bothe sides. under the bottle there are 4 chinese characters. I bought this bottle from a woman selling old things on the street in Wuhan, central China.

you have a very nice snuff bottle....and most are collectible..I can't tell if is transfer decorated or hand painted, but it does look to be an older piece...these can sell anywhere fro $75-200.

Thank u Nekonook for ur comment. The bpttle is totally handpainted and not transfer decorated. Can anyone tell me from which period this bottle is?
