Pitcher/Jug, very heavy, looks old! Primitive Redware?? Very Special Piece! :)

Description

Very special piece..I can't find this anywhere, and it looks REALLY old. In excellent shape! Just marked with a simple "X" impressed/carved on the bottom. I was hoping possible ancient redware, but I can't tell because of the white drip-pattern. Weighs about 5 pounds, so it's heavy. Is that a flambe glaze? Pitcher/Jug is almost 12 inches high. No cracks very solid. Pretty dark-red/maroon color. Maybe I can put in in my store? Thanks guys! :)

I'm not sure if this is actual ancient redware, maybe not, but it's a really interesting piece. What's the name of this pattern, anybody know? thnx!
