buffet or sideboard

Description

Oak buffet, three drawers the center one is smaller according to the photo and is only access by a button inside the large 2nd drawer. Both the middle and right side drawer have velvet lining. Each of these top drawers have a 4" face.

One large drawer in the center witha 7.5" face. The bottom consists of three doors, which open into space with no shelves. The doors are 16" from top to bottom

All of the drawers and doors have carved detailing as per the photos.

each side of the front has a decorative column as per hte photos.

each drawer and door have locks but we don't have the key

Ornate buffets like this one date from the turn of the 19th Century. They were very hot items during 1980's to early 90's, but have since fallen on hard times, their large size makes them difficult to place in a "downsizing' world. Still, they list for about $1500.00 in the shops.
