windmill plate

I believe this plate to be dutch or german. nice scene with windmill and boats with dutch girl on dock.

Couldn't find a thing on the person just knew the name because my hubby is German.

I would say it looks like a tourist item. Probably had a "made in Germany" sticker at one point. That style of painting has been around for hundreds of years but that plate looks like it may be 1950-60's.
