International Archives, Ltd. pen and ink etching lithograph,

Description

this is a lithograph of an pen and ink etching of "Hyde Park - The Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt", by a Richard V. Sebring. It is signed in pencil by the artist and stamped with an embossing of International Archives, Ltd. It has a certificate of authenticity with it, dated May 1991. It is in mint condition.

Hello I have a etching by Richard V. Sebring that is pencel signed by him of Montpelier the home of James Madison .It also has the inbossed seal from the International Archives on it. The Picture is 10 x 8 inch. I would like to know what the value of this would be I have know Idea.
