This type of lamp has no real value. It looks to be from the 1960's or 70's. It's quite possible that this may have started out as a fruit bowl and stand, and was converted into a lamp. It's not uncommon to find lamps that started out as vases or other household decorative items.

However, if this was originally sold as a lamp, it was most likely a department store item that would not have been very expensive when it was new. Leviton is a manufacturer of lighting components, such as dimmer switches, sockets, etc.. thats why the name is on the socket. It has nothing to do with who made the lamp itself.

I would value this at about $20. Wish I had better news for you.
