I have attached detailed pictures of it. There is wear on the inside of the cabinet, but it is still very solid.

History
My husband bought this hall tree off craigslist because he has always wanted one. I was taking pictures of it to sell it when I found the stamp on the inside of the door and decided to research it a little more to see if we should keep it.

Re: Lebus Hall Tree

It's late Art Deco and English, here's a link to the company history of Lebus:

Lots of furniture of this type has been imported since the late 1980's, values are currently in a slump for it, comparable pieces often sell for less than $300.00 at auction.

Re: Lebus Hall Tree

Hi does anyone know anything about 'Lebus Link Furniture' from around 1950? Is this the same as the earlier Lebus make? I have a pair of armchairs from the early 1950s with a 'lebus link furniture' plaque.

Any info much appreciated!

Re: Lebus Hall Tree

I have just bought one of these and if you take the mirror off, I found mine was stamped with November 1955. Mine is identical to your picture so I guess it is from the same time frame.
