Coro necklace

Description

My grandmother received this from her sister about 50-60 years ago. It was brought back from the states..not sure where!!  The Coro company was in business from 1901 to 1980. I don't know much more about this piece. Thanks.

The stones are glass they are called "Aurora Borealis".

The Coro company produced jewelry under hundreds of different names, and the pieces that were marked "Coro" were the less expensive pieces of costume jewelry they produced. Most likely based on the mark, it was produced in the 40s or 50s (depending on the font of the mark).

Unfortunately it isn't worth very much money-wise. Most "Coro" marked pieces go for $10-$40 depending on how old they are.
