Definitely post 1920, but my guess is 1950's or so and not much value $10-$20

This pattern is still in production and sold through Sears and other outlets ( $299.00 for a 20pc set)

I have to agree. I have many pieces of old Johnson Brothers and this one is about 1950. $5-10.00 value.
