J and F Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac-Vintage

J and F Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac in a glass bottle and presented in a blue felt gift box. It comes with a Baccarat crystal decanter stopper.   It was distributed by The Jos. Carneau Co. of New York and it is 4/5 quart, 80 proof. It comes with a card that says "Baccarat a specialenen edite e flacon de cristal taille u la main pour."  From the late 60's or early 70's. It is unopened and is in perfect condition.
