Two vintage pyc China opica. Old. Nice cobalt gold

Description
  1. I have two vintage cobalt blue plates – with white flowers – gold around the flowers and gold around the trim. These are in super condition. There are no cracks or paint chips and they're very heavy.
  2. The back of each plate says Pickman y.c. China with this green stamp round stamp on the back in acircle and is also an embedded round stamp that says PYC6 ( I think 6) in a sepetate  circle.
  3. The emblem looks like a building with the flag over it. There's also some more lettering that looks like VTU a and I can't make out the rest.or it is ASAP V in upside down T and it looks like an a
