Tirschenreuth Dinnerware

By Virginia Wood, 11 June, 2009
Description

These dishes belong to a friend of mine and I have identified them as Tirschenreuth pattern Stratos White #15001. She has the following pieces:

12 10 in dinner plates
5 7-1/2 in dessert plates
11 6 in salad plates
1 footed gravy boat (with attached saucer)
1 creamer
1 sugar
1 12 in oval platter
1 16 in oval platter
2 vegetable bowls
2 soup bowls

I believe my friend told me that when the dishes were shipped that several pieces were broken, so instead of reordering she purchased 12 unmarked soup bowls and 3 Azberg dessert plates of like pattern to complete the 12 place setting. The edge of the back view of the plate looks uneven, but it is due to the fabric I had it laying on to take the picture.
