Description
I've been told that it is an silver plated tilting water pitcher from the 1870s. It is missing the glass or goblet that would go with it though. It looks like someone has tried to clean it but stopped. Should I continue the cleaning or leave it as is? The top has a very odd looking decoration that looks like a boy and a ball.
Any additional information would be great including it's value.
