Sibley, Lindsay, and Curb Co Chair

I am wondering if anyone with more knowledge than I can help me value this chair. It is a Sibley, Lindsay, and Curb Co chair. I am not sure of the year and haven't seen anything else like it online. It is a recliner, made out of solid wood with fabric cushions. Thank you so much for your help - I truly appreciate your insight.
