I can't seem to find anything about this on the web but I do know there has only been one other which I managed to find and it is identical which sold on eBay for £231.98, which means this must be very rare and/or collectable. First Oil 18th February 1994 - Operation Phase with enterprise OIL and SHELL mark paperweight Project Development 1990 - 1994. Under the paperweight is a image from Nelson.There are scratches underneath the paperweight, Tried to get scratches pictured in a photo but it was impossible to see, overall in good condition Measures: 7.5 cm height x 7 cm x 7 cm . Unpacked weight: 0.218 KG.
