set of 4 19th century nesting tables with wooded screws

Description

These table have no date or maker marks at all, but have wooded screws that turn and come completely out at the legs. Each table has bamboo and leaves on it, the largest is 28.5h x 26w, 14d, second is 27h x 22w x 13.25d, third is 26h x 18.25w x 13d, 4th is 25h x 13.5w x 12.5d. They are in great shape, the top table has small nick in it, but otherwise they have been well cared for.

Re: set of 4 19th century nesting tables with wooded screws

Nesting tables in this style seldom predate the 1920's, a period where there was a great interest in Oriental design. Small items such as nesting tables still sell well as decorative items compared to larger pieces from the same period. At auction comparable sets of nesting tables often sell in the 150.00- $300.00 range.
