Ithink this is a cake stand! It has a slightly dished bowl on the top which is embossed. It has a handle on the top. It is in really good condition..no dents and only minor scratching. I has stamped up inside the base "made and guaranteed by Meridan B company *** Rogers Bros 1980 made in US America"
