Oriental Vase

Description

This vase is a mystery to me.  It is very ornate on the front yet the back seems unfinished.  There are no markings on the bottom that I can see but inside the vase is a raised "C".  I am interested in any information about this piece.  I may be interested in selling.

History
I do not know anyting about this item. It was passed down from my grandfather to me. He served in WWI It was in his tool shed for many years before he passed away. He left instuctions it was to go to me. My grandmother passed it on before she passed away.
