My father is a 25 year USN veteran and was a submariner for most of that time. During 1 tour he bought this set for my mother. At this time he was stationed out of San Diego. This set has all original pieces and has been lovingly cared for by my mother. We only used twice a year: Thanksgiving and Christmas and it has never seen the inside of a dishwasher. Unfortunately, due to deteriorating health and an immediate need to downsize we find ourselves looking for options in regards of what to do with the set.
