I bought a house after the woman in it passed away. She had a bunch of old things alot of which shes put tags on saying what it was appraised for and when it was appraised. She failed however to say who appraised it. I want to sale this chair but need to know its worth. She put a post it note on the bottom that says in 2001 it was appraised at $400. It also has the manufacturers tag on the bottom but i dont understand the numbers any help would be greatly appreciated.
