I have looked at a TON of Moser vases this week due to a vase I got at an estate sale.
For some reason (And I could TOTALLY be wrong) This looks like it might be from Japan.
Try searching on Ebay etc....for Vintage Vase Hand painted Japan. Also another connection and guess if it's not Moser (it might be but to me feels like it is not) try also searching with the words "Bohemian" and also Czech. Another guess is "Mont Joye" or "Legras" Hope this helps....I'm still on my quest as well. Good luck!
