Large Ceramic Vase

By mjr451, 4 January, 2014
Description

This very heavy and glossy vase measures 24 inches high and about 14-15 inches wide at it's widest point.  It is glazed inside and out and has no markings on it anywhere. I believe that my grandmother obtained it in the 1920's but I do not know from where.  Seems like it would be good as an umbrella holder near an entranceway. No nicks or damage anywhere.

I've not been able to find similar items to compare for an approximate value and would appreciate knowing if the vase may have some value.

Thanks!
